Global Perspectives: XLRI Engages Scholars on Academic Pathways Worldwide
On December 18th, 2025, XLRI Centre for Global South Studies organized a session on ‘Crafting Global Academic Careers: Voices from the Global South”. The session was led by Dr. Sampriti Mahanty ( University College London) and Dr. Debadrita Panda(Lulea University of Technology, Sweden) who shared their academic journey and answered audience questions on building a successful academic career abroad. The session was attended by XLRI faculty members and students.
