Corporate Nomination Guideline (Under MOU): As a guideline, the following discount structure is available for bulk nominations from corporates. The discounted amount will be borne by both parties as per the agreed sharing ratio.

Fee Structure
Program – PGCHRM (HRM)
The total course fee for the PGCHRM programme is ₹4,00,000/-, which can be paid in five instalments.
The course fee is inclusive of books, study materials, Alumni registration, and campus boarding and lodging.
Refund Policy
The application fee is non-refundable.
In case a candidate wishes to withdraw from the programme after paying the first instalment and at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the programme, a deduction of ₹5,000/- will be made from the instalment amount paid towards processing charges.

Assessment and Evaluation
Evaluation Methodology
Program – PGCHRM (HRM)
Setting of examination papers, conducting of online examinations, and overall evaluation shall be carried out by the Institute.
Faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the evaluation methodology most appropriate to the subject matter, learning outcomes, and programme objectives.

In-Campus Immersion Module
Program – PGCHRM (HRM)
Participants get the opportunity to stay at XLRI Jamshedpur for 5 days of intensive campus learning. The exact dates and schedule will be announced well in advance, enabling participants to plan their leave and travel arrangements accordingly.
- During the campus stay, participants will engage in intensive classroom sessions, peer learning, and group-based academic activities.
- The dates of the in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated after the Jharkhand State Government permits Higher Education Institutions to conduct in-campus programmes.
- Attendance for the In-Campus Module is mandatory for all participants.
- The in-campus modules are subject to prevailing conditions at the time, including pandemic-related or other unavoidable circumstances.
- In the event that prevailing circumstances restrict physical campus sessions, suitable alternate arrangements will be made through online delivery modes.
