CEASE (Committee for Awareness, Sensitisation and Empowerment) functions under the aegis of XLRI'S ICC (Internal Complaints Committee), headed by Prof. Ayatakshee Sarkar and constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Its mandate is to spread awareness about sexual harassment and discrimination while fostering equality and respect on campus. CEASE acts as a bridge between students and the ICC, leading initiatives that promote inclusivity and gender sensitivity
