      Forum for Industrial Relations at XLRI

      "To bridge academia and industry by imbibing the spirit of empowerment and collaboration through Industrial Relations " Founded as a discussion forum in 1996 to promote EVENTS & CONDUCTS Industrial Relations, over 29 years, FIRE@X has been the hub of all IR- related activities at XLRI. Being the only student-ren IR committee nationally, FIRE@X organizes acclaimed events throughout the academic year, such as industry interfacing, live projects/case studies, inter-college events, and e-newsletter. We aim to enable the development of distinguished leaders who can contribute meaningfully to Industrial Relations & Corporate HR.
